Tell us what you're thinking, and we'll say honestly whether we're the right people for it. If we're not, we'll say so.
You'll be dealing with the two of us the whole way through, which is why we only take on a handful of trips at a time — if we're full, we'll say so. We reply by email, usually within one working day. The hotel pays us, not you: your rate is the same as booking direct, and the perks come on top.

Yes. Any two hotels in the collection can be compared. Same-city pairs are the most useful because rates and expectations line up, which is why most published comparisons are same-city. Cross-city ones answer a different question: not which hotel, but which trip.
Can I compare more than two hotels at once?
