The hotel assessments, FV Scores, verdicts, and editorial commentary published on fat.voyage represent our independent editorial judgement. They are not objective ratings endorsed by any third party, hotel group, or industry body.

Content on fat.voyage is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional travel advice. You should conduct your own research before making any booking or travel decision.

Hotel details, pricing, availability, and amenities change over time. We make reasonable efforts to keep content current but cannot guarantee accuracy at the time of your visit.

All original editorial content on fat.voyage — including FV Scores, verdicts, written assessments, and the scoring methodology — is the intellectual property of Brightful BV and may not be reproduced, republished, or redistributed without prior written permission.

Hotel photography displayed on fat.voyage is used with permission from the respective hotel brands or their authorised press representatives. These images remain the property of their respective owners.

fat.voyage may in future earn commission when you book a hotel through links on our site. Where affiliate relationships exist, this will be disclosed clearly on the relevant page with the notice: “fat.voyage may earn a commission when you book through our links.”

The existence of an affiliate relationship has no influence on our editorial assessments. Hotels are evaluated independently of any commercial arrangement.

fat.voyage contains links to hotel websites and booking platforms. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites. Clicking through to a third-party site is at your own risk, and their terms and privacy policies apply from that point.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Belgian and EU law, Brightful BV accepts no liability for:

• Any inaccuracy in hotel information, pricing, or availability
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on content published on fat.voyage
• Any issues arising from bookings made with hotels featured on the platform
• Any interruption to or unavailability of the website

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, as required by Belgian law.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising in connection with fat.voyage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of fat.voyage following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
