The FV Score

We track the signals that matter. Not the press releases. Not the paid placements. The real, unfiltered impressions from travelers whose standards match yours — people who've compared suites across continents and can tell you exactly where a hotel exceeds its promise and where it falls short.

Our proprietary scoring system weighs these signals by depth, credibility, and specificity. A detailed firsthand account from someone who's stayed at twenty luxury properties carries more weight than a hundred one-line ratings. The result is the FV Score — the most honest picture of a luxury hotel you'll find anywhere.

Each hotel receives an overall score plus five dimensions: Service, Design, Location, Dining, and Wellness. Together, they tell you not just whether a hotel is good, but exactly where it excels and where it compromises.
