One&Only
One&Only Fiji
One&Only's first Fiji resort, a 127-acre island site in the remote Yasawa group
First look
One&Only is planning its first Fiji resort on Nacula Island, in the far-flung Yasawa group, across a 127-acre site. The brief is 40 accommodations and 20 residences, built as a joint venture between Kerzner and BSP Life. The name isn't locked in yet, so for now it's being referred to simply as One&Only Fiji, and the opening is slated for 2029.
The Yasawas are about as remote as Fiji gets, which is exactly the kind of setting this brand tends to do well, and 40 keys on 127 acres points to a lot of space per guest. We haven't been, and 2029 is a long runway, so this is anticipation, not a verdict. What we'll be watching for is how they handle access to an island this far out, and whether the residences crowd the resort or sit cleanly apart from it.
Not yet scored. We publish a Fat Score only once a hotel is open and real guests have stayed and written about it — this is a first look, not a verdict.

Want us to get you in when it opens?
Nothing to book yet — rates usually load a few months out. We're Sofie and Nicolas; tell us roughly what you're after and we'll come back the moment One&Only Fiji is bookable, with rates, what the rooms are actually like, and whether we'd go in the first season.
You'll be dealing with the two of us the whole way through, which is why we only take on a handful of trips at a time — if we're full, we'll say so. We reply by email, usually within one working day. The hotel pays us, not you: your rate is the same as booking direct, and the perks come on top.
