The service is close to unanimous, but the operational seams show up too: one guest was promised a dining credit that turned out not to apply anywhere they could use it, and a manager who said he’d follow up never did. Worth flagging plainly rather than burying it.
Book it for the architecture and the people at the desk, not for a base that puts you five minutes from the rest of the city. Anyone cross-shopping against the Lana or the Delano should know this one wins on staff and loses a little on getting around; if the skyline view and the pool matter more than proximity, nothing else in Dubai’s new crop touches it.

The building itself is great, no argument there, but getting around from this part of the city felt like a real drawback compared to some of the alternatives I looked at.
