Duncan on the door made this stay feel like coming home every single day.

From the first afternoon, Duncan was working the entrance and welcoming us at the lobby. He remembered us each time we came back through, and it made the whole stay feel warmer than a typical five-star check-in. Small thing, but it stuck with me more than the room did.

Kareem and Manal were kind, welcoming hosts who made sure we had everything we needed.

Everything was clean and comfortable, exactly what I expected walking in. Kareem and Manal in particular were always responsive whenever we needed something during the stay. We'd absolutely come back and stay again.

Kareem, Emanuel and Manuel made me and my kids feel completely at home.

Traveling with kids can be stressful anywhere, but this team made it easy. Kareem, Emanuel and Manuel were attentive without being intrusive, and my kids were genuinely happy the whole stay. I'd give them all five stars and hope the hotel keeps investing in people like them.

The views were amazing and it was so serene, honestly the perfect getaway.

Danish helped us out during the stay and was great, along with pretty much everyone else on staff we crossed paths with. I'd highly recommend it for anyone wanting a calm, scenic escape in the city.

Dinesh helped with all our luggage and every amenity felt top class.

I was comparing several of Dubai's newer hotels while planning a trip, and this was one of the ones I only sampled through dining rather than staying at. The building itself is great, no argument there, but getting around from this part of the city felt like a real drawback compared to some of the alternatives I looked at.

Carolina went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and I still think about it.

Carolina was patient, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care whenever I needed something, which isn't always the case even at hotels like this. Yousef was equally welcoming and respectful throughout. The two of them together made the whole stay feel personal rather than transactional.

Telanie in housekeeping noticed I was lost and personally guided me to the right elevator.

The hotel itself is beautiful and the service across the board felt exceptional, but it's the small moments that stood out most. I was clearly searching for an elevator and Telanie stepped in immediately, walking me there herself with a warm smile rather than just pointing.

Fantastic stay overall, but a promised food voucher fell through with no real follow-up.

We were told we'd get a food voucher valid across all the hotel's restaurants, but when we tried to use it at one restaurant it turned out not to be included in the scheme after all. A manager said they'd sort something out for us, but nobody ever came back to us about it. Aside from that mix-up, the rest of the stay was genuinely fabulous.

The turndown service from Kayyum and Rakib genuinely stood out as the highlight of the trip.

Our room felt perfectly prepared every single evening thanks to these two, with thoughtful little touches that made us feel valued rather than just another booking. It's the kind of attention to detail that reflects well on the whole property. We're already looking forward to going back.

We booked three rooms for a trip with friends and it turned into one of the best resort stays we've had.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the bathroom's high-tech features quickly became my favorite part. We had dinner at Andaliman and the BBQ Udang Saus Madu was a genuine highlight of the whole trip. The pool area, especially the swim-up bar, made for a great relaxed afternoon, and the team throughout made us feel cared for from arrival to departure.

The cleanliness of this place was genuinely next-level from the lobby to the room.

Everything was spotless from the moment I walked in, and my room stayed fresh and tidy for the whole stay. Bablu and Kayyum on room service did an outstanding job keeping everything hygienic and well-arranged. It gave real peace of mind and added to the overall sense of luxury.
