I used to recommend this brand without hesitation, but staff turnover since the pandemic has affected a lot of luxury properties, and this one hasn’t been fully immune. It’s the kind of place that built its name on deeply personalized service, so any dip is more noticeable here than elsewhere. I still think it’s good, just not the automatic top pick it once was for me.
