The people are the biggest reason I keep returning; the front desk knows me and the whole place feels warm and personal. Service runs a consistent 10 out of 10 and the property is spotless, with a private beach directly attached that few Dubai hotels can match. The gym might be the best hotel gym I’ve used in the city. That said, the property now leans more family-oriented than romantic during busy stretches, some rooms feel dated next to newer builds, and finding a sunbed by the pool can be a real struggle unless you get there early, especially with cabanas charged separately rather than included for suite guests.
