Four Seasons
Four Seasons Hotel Luxor
Nile and Valley-of-the-Kings views in Luxor
First look
Four Seasons Hotel Luxor is an announced project trading on Nile and Valley-of-the-Kings views, two of the most loaded sightlines in Egypt. The catch is timing: earlier 2025 targets went unmet and the opening date has slipped, leaving the property pre-open with no firm replacement date. For now we are leaving the date open rather than guessing.
We have not stayed, and with the timeline unsettled this is firmly anticipation, not a verdict. What we will be watching for is when Four Seasons commits to a new date and whether the riverside setting delivers the views the project is built around. On paper, a Four Seasons in Luxor pairs the brand with a destination that has long out-punched its hotel supply.
Not yet scored. We publish a Fat Score only once a hotel is open and real guests have stayed and written about it — this is a first look, not a verdict.

Want us to get you in when it opens?
Nothing to book yet — rates usually load a few months out. We're Sofie and Nicolas; tell us roughly what you're after and we'll come back the moment Four Seasons Hotel Luxor is bookable, with rates, what the rooms are actually like, and whether we'd go in the first season.
You'll be dealing with the two of us the whole way through, which is why we only take on a handful of trips at a time — if we're full, we'll say so. We reply by email, usually within one working day. The hotel pays us, not you: your rate is the same as booking direct, and the perks come on top.
