We keep returning to these two restaurants specifically and neither has let us down yet. The quality holds up trip after trip, which is more than I can say for a lot of hotel dining rooms.
We keep coming back to this hotel whenever we're in Hong Kong, mostly for the location and the swift check-in.
It's conveniently located in the IFC mall with direct airport rail access, and the two outdoor pools are well staffed. James Qiu stood out this trip for a genuinely friendly, efficient check-in. My one gripe is the gym could use a bigger yoga area and more gender diversity among lifeguards.
Every detail felt seamless, from the plush bed to the tranquil atmosphere, and the staff went above and beyond.

Laundry fixed a small hole in my partner's dress without us even mentioning it, and staff got a cocktail the lounge didn't stock to appear at our table fifteen minutes after we asked. The pool staff were attentive with sunscreen and ice, and Caprice's cheese cart was memorable, though I'd say the lounge food choices were a bit limited.

Right before we left for the airport, the staff noticed I needed to repack all my shopping, so they guided me to a quiet corner instead of letting me scramble in the lobby, and had someone waiting to take my bags the second I was done. Room service food exceeded our expectations, and the room's lighting modes were a nice touch. Flawless two-night stay, we'll absolutely be back.

The limousine pickup costs more than the Airport Express, but the water and bridge views on the way in and the in-room check-in make it worth considering. We were upgraded to a suite with cake and champagne for a birthday, and the porter walked us all the way to the airport train platform. The location connects directly to IFC mall, Airport Express and the MTR, and the whole stay felt over too soon.
This was my third stay here, and I'd recommend it especially if you're visiting outside the hottest months.
The location is a touch far out but walkable to Central, Soho and LKF as long as the weather cooperates. Service was impeccable, and we preferred the lounge bar's evening atmosphere and live music to Argo, even though Argo's cocktails are fantastic. Rooms were extremely well maintained throughout.

We booked a Superior Harbour Suite, and the layout gave our family real separation between rooms, with beds among the most comfortable we've slept in. Check-in, check-out and overall service speed here are handled at an exceptionally high level compared to other Four Seasons I've stayed at.
The building itself felt somewhat dated, and the spa and gym especially will likely need renovation soon to stay competitive, even though everything works fine. Shower water pressure was a bit low. Staff consistently checked in throughout the stay, warm and personal, with daily small gifts and fresh fruit that felt genuinely thoughtful.
This is my favorite of all the Four Seasons I've stayed at, and I've traveled everywhere.
The concierge team organized everything we wanted and replied on WhatsApp around the clock; I remembered several of their names because the service was that good. We were checked in without even going to the reception desk, and the Chinese restaurant left me speechless on view, service and food alike. This was my second stay and won't be my last.
