Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah is an announced project within the Diriyah development near Riyadh, with a roughly 2028 opening. Diriyah is one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship heritage-led developments, built around the mud-brick old town of At-Turaif, which gives any hotel there a strong sense of place to work with. The project sits on the announced pipeline rather than carrying a firm public date.

We have not stayed, so this is anticipation rather than a verdict. What we will be watching for is how the hotel engages with the heritage setting rather than treating it as backdrop, and how the wider district matures around the 2028 timeframe. On paper, a Four Seasons in Diriyah deepens the brand’s Riyadh presence with a more distinctive location than a city tower.
