The resort is slated to open in Q3 2027, according to the most recent reporting. That date has already moved more than once — earlier targets of 2025 and then 2026 both slipped — so treat it as expected rather than confirmed.

It sits on Caye Chapel, a private 280-acre island approximately 16 miles from Belize City, reachable by a roughly 10-minute charter flight or a 30-minute boat ride.
