Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is a reopening rather than a new build, following reconstruction after the 2020 port blast. A Q1 2026 return was announced, but that window has now passed with no reopening, so the date appears to have slipped and the property remains pre-reopen. For now there is no firm timeline to anchor to, which is why we are leaving the date open.

What we will be watching for is when the brand commits to a fresh date and reopens the doors. A restored Four Seasons is a meaningful signal for Beirut’s hospitality scene, and on paper the rebuild is the kind of project worth tracking. We have not stayed, and with the timing uncertain this is firmly anticipation, not a verdict.
