Taj
Taj Noida
A combined Taj hotel and branded residences in the Delhi NCR
First look
Noida gets a dual-component Taj: a hotel paired with Taj branded residences, developed with Gulshan Group. The mixed model is increasingly common in the Delhi NCR, where developers want a hotel anchor to lift the residential side and Taj wants the long-term brand presence that residences provide.
Because this combines a working hotel with branded homes, the parts most travelers will care about are the hotel keys, the food and beverage, and the spa and meeting facilities, rather than the apartments. No opening date has been announced. What we will be watching for is how much of the residences' attention gets paid to the hotel guest experience, and where this lands among the crowded field of NCR business hotels. We have not stayed, so this is anticipation rather than a verdict.
Not yet scored. We publish a Fat Score only once a hotel is open and real guests have stayed and written about it — this is a first look, not a verdict.

Want us to get you in when it opens?
Nothing to book yet — rates usually load a few months out. We're Sofie and Nicolas; tell us roughly what you're after and we'll come back the moment Taj Noida is bookable, with rates, what the rooms are actually like, and whether we'd go in the first season.
You'll be dealing with the two of us the whole way through, which is why we only take on a handful of trips at a time — if we're full, we'll say so. We reply by email, usually within one working day. The hotel pays us, not you: your rate is the same as booking direct, and the perks come on top.
