Housekeeping's touches run through nearly every recent review: a dog welcomed warmly at check-in, a spa team praised by name (Maria gets called out specifically), a concierge team that improvised a pasta class with printed keepsake photos for a child rather than treating a request as an inconvenience. Then there's the lobby and café floor, and the story splits sharply from everything else here. One guest describes reserved tables sitting empty, being refused a booking for one anyway, then waiting in the lobby for a menu while later arrivals got served first.
