Everyone from the porters helping with our luggage to the breakfast team and the bar staff was welcoming and professional. The rooms were spacious and the facilities were great, but it’s the people who made the stay feel elevated. I left impressed by how consistent that warmth was across every single department.

The food was great and the rooms were awesome, with plenty to keep us busy the whole trip. My one complaint is that language differences among some staff made a few conversations harder than they needed to be. It didn’t ruin anything, but it was a noticeable friction point during the stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and the location made it easy to run along the nearby public beach in the morning. Breakfast was solid. The rooftop bar had more of a nightlife crowd than a quiet lounge feel, which wasn’t quite what I expected.

From arrival, the service felt outstanding and the management clearly runs a tight operation. Cornelia and Ece Akalp both went out of their way to help, and the food and beverage manager Ahmed couldn’t do enough for us. It was only our second day and we already felt more cared for here than at other high-end hotels we’ve tried.

We had a confirmed reservation but weren’t given our reserved table until we insisted repeatedly, which set a bad tone for the night. Service throughout felt disengaged, and the food lacked flavor and looked average for what we paid. When we raised concerns during the evening, nothing was done to make it right, and we won’t be returning for this event.

The food at the pool and beach restaurant was overpriced and, honestly, not good, with a steak sandwich that arrived overcooked and greasy. Staff at the adult pool seemed undertrained, and even with the place half empty it was hard to get anyone to take an order. Construction views out at sea and loud music from a neighboring club made the whole area feel less peaceful than I expected for the price.

Arrival was seamless down to small details like having the Wi-Fi password ready without asking. Our room worked well for two adults and a child, with a spacious balcony and a large bathroom. Sea Fu for breakfast and lunch was world-class in service and food, and a hostess even gave my daughter the hairpiece she’d admired after cleaning it for her, which was a lovely, unexpected touch.
