A large historic estate in rural Pennsylvania is an unusual US location for the brand, well off the established luxury-resort map. We have not visited, so this is anticipation rather than a verdict, but what we will be watching for is how the project uses the 1,200 acres and whether the roughly-2028 timing firms up into an official date.
