It is one of several Chinese openings in the brand's pipeline, and at this scale it's squarely a big-city business-and-leisure property rather than a boutique.

The target is 2026, which puts it among Rosewood's nearer-term Chinese projects. A 300-room hotel lives or dies on how well it handles its size, so the question with a property this big is consistency across all those keys.
