First look
Rosewood lists Ningbo, the major port city on China’s east coast south of Shanghai, among its future openings. It is one of the further-out entries in an unusually deep China pipeline, and the detail so far is thin, with no published date and little beyond the listing itself.
Because there’s no firm timeline or room count attached, this is more a marker of intent than a project we can size up yet. Ningbo is a sizeable, prosperous city that fits the pattern of Rosewood spreading beyond the obvious tier-one names. What we’ll be watching for is the basics, a date, a key count and a location within the city, before there’s anything concrete to assess.
