A hotel inside a city's highest tower is an inherently headline-grabbing project, and another sign of Rosewood's reach across China's interior, not just its coastal hubs.

The date has been firmed up to 2030, replacing the vaguer 'future opening' that earlier paperwork carried, so this is a long-range project by any measure. With that much runway, the building itself is the story for now.
