Aman Dubai
An Aman on a 350-metre private beach in Jumeirah, broken ground in 2026
First look
Aman Dubai broke ground in April 2026 on a 350-metre private beach in Jumeirah 2, on the Dubai Peninsula, with a target of 2027. The plan runs to roughly 80-100 suites and 82 residences. Given the groundbreaking only happened in 2026, we would not be surprised if the date slips.
A private-beach Aman in the middle of Dubai is a deliberate counterpoint to the city's bigger, busier resorts. What we will be watching for is whether the beach frontage delivers genuine privacy this close to the city, and whether the timeline holds. Until it opens and people paying the bill report back, this is anticipation rather than a verdict.
