Aman Beverly Hills is reported to open in phases around late 2027 as part of One Beverly Hills. The plan spans eight acres and bundles three things under one roof: an Aman Club, the hotel, and residences. The phased timeline means the full picture will take a while to land even after the first piece opens.

An urban Aman attached to a members' club and a residential development is a different proposition from the brand's remote resorts, and Beverly Hills is a crowded luxury market. What we will be watching for is whether the hotel keeps its own identity inside a large mixed-use project. We have not stayed, so this is anticipation rather than a verdict.

Occasional maintenance lapses — a jammed bathtub, a missed yoga escort — and some furniture that prioritizes aesthetics over comfort are minor friction points in what is otherwise one of the most consistently praised safari properties on earth.
