Six Senses Kitzbuehel Alps sits on the brand’s ‘and beyond’ pipeline, in one of Austria’s best-known ski regions. Residences are being marketed separately, while the hotel has no firm open date.
An Alpine, ski-season property would test how the brand’s wellness-first approach travels to a mountain-resort crowd. We have not visited, so this is anticipation, not a verdict, but what we will be watching for is whether the hotel leans into the spa-and-recovery side of skiing rather than just adding another luxury name to a busy region.
