A hotelier travelling on his own dime called the stay a lesson in what intentional hospitality looks like; a honeymooning couple who booked a photo shoot with Anshul said they'd never seen service like it elsewhere. That's not universal: one October guest arrived for a 9:30 dinner reservation to two empty restaurants and staff insisting there was no booking under their name before seating them anyway, with wine that undercut the meal.
