The 57 rooms are outfitted in a modern, minimalist style mixing wood tones with clean lines. It's a compact footprint compared to other Four Seasons, but the design and arrival experience don't feel diminished for it.
The hotel is beautiful but you really do hear the trains, and the noise-cancelling machine they offered wasn't quite enough.
Sitting right above Tokyo Station is a double-edged sword: you get an amazing view, but also every train passing. Concierge tried to help with a noise machine but I still struggled to rest properly. On the plus side, their restaurant recommendations were genuinely excellent.
