You'll be talking to us — Sofie and Nicolas. We take it from here: the right room at the same rate you'd pay direct, the perks below attached, and the back-and-forth with the hotel handled. You'll be dealing with the two of us the whole way through, which is why we only take on a handful at a time.
Nicolas's brother Thomas, a travel advisor by trade, helps with the legwork.
What comes with it
