One traveller who's booked Dubai hotels since 2004 calls it flatly the best business hotel in town, a category call, not a knock on the brand's beach property down the road.

It isn't spotless. One detailed account describes a pool food order that took over an hour, met by a manager who rolled his eyes and disputed the timeline instead of fixing it. A couple of guests separately ran into muddled deposit information at check-in, and the lobby's minimum spend on a 50 AED coffee has annoyed more than one person just trying to sit for half an hour.
